Our Luxury Holiday Home is a 2017 Willerby Rio Premier 37ft x 12ft wide six berth caravan situated in Woodlands area of Flamingland close to the Leisure complex and with free shuttle throughout the day to the park, although is only a 5/10 minute walk

The master bedroom has a en suite toilet room and there are a further two twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes.  The shower room has a large cubical shower, WC and sink with a cupboard below for storage

The kitchen is fully fitted with Fridge/Freezer, full gas cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle

The lounge area has a modern flat screen TV featuring freeview and also a DVD player
